2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our booking team via email or phone. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
2.2 Minimum Stay Requirements
High Season: A minimum stay of one week is required.
Low Season: A minimum stay of four days is required.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Options

3.2 Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date.
3.3 Final Payment
The final payment must be completed according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required 30 days before the check-in date.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Guests
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date will forfeit the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by Butterfly Shelter.
4.2 Changes to Reservations
Any changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
5. Pets
5.1 Pet Policy
We welcome animals at Butterfly Shelter. However, pet owners are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.
Pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended in the accommodations.
6. Guest Responsibilities
6.1 Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages to Butterfly Shelter property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
6.2 Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or harmful to the environment, other guests, or staff may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy, which can be found on our website, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Butterfly Shelter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, including but not limited to, loss of personal belongings, personal injury, or changes to your travel plans.

Butterfly Shelter reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
